Designed and installed by Metal Work UK in Tain, thanks to the first part of our travel plan bid being submitted and all courtesy of the Council!

What a lovely shelter, it’s huge. A huge thank you to Sean who installed the shelter, he took the time to visit p6/7 to tell them more about the shelter. The class came up with some super questions for him. My favourite question was : How many bolts did you need? The answer was 150! This shelter has been especially designed and built for Milton. The children had so many questions about his job – they also found out it takes 3 years to become fully trained as a metal erector and you have to like working at heights for some jobs.

We can’t wait to see who will be first to use it. Don’t forget your helmets boys and girls. With these dark nights lights are required too.

After School Football will begin on 23rd January as the coach Oscar is not available until this date.

Ms Brewer was delighted with the amazing turn out for or P7 bag packing event in Morrisons today.

Arek, Summer, Sophie, Douglas, Adam, Keigan, Jayden, Weronika and Ellie you are all superstars. Well done for all your hard work and special thanks to all of your mums and Weronika’s Dad who all came along to show their support too.

Delighted with response and it was lovely to have Mrs Nimmons there to lend a helping hand too.

News just in – over £400 was raised. The money will be counted and the final total known on Monday.

Very well to Ms Brewer for arranging the bag packing date at such short notice.

We are very excited to have our new bike rack fitted next Monday and Tuesday by Metal Work UK. They will section off an area of the playground to work in and will have a large vehicle there too which may, or may not, be there when you are dropping off/collecting your child.

We are asking for your assistance in closely supervising your child before and after school in the playground and ensuring they stay away from the sectioned area. Staff will supervise this area closely during the school day and ensure the children stay away. If your child comes to school by themselves, can you please make them aware of this construction area and encourage them to be safe in the playground at all times by staying away from the area.

After School football will not begin until 23.01.19 as the Coach is not available to start until this date. That means there will be no football this coming Wednesday even although it is included on the permission slip.

Hello everyone! The children were told on Monday in assembly so this is just a quick reminder that our first Thursday rehearsal for J-Rock will take place today between 3pm and 4pm. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there!

We need all hands on deck this Saturday in Morrisons Alness. Ms Brewer secured a bag packing slot in Morrisons. This means that the cost of your trip could be reduced hugely with your help. If any parents could spare an hour it would really really help. If you have paid the trip in full already all money raised will be divided up equally and refunded to you 👍

Siblings would be very welcome to help too. The more the merrier. If your child is not in P7 but wants to help that would be amazing. The more children the better.
