Remembrance

The children in the nursery made a poppy wreath and some poppy pictures to remember those who fought in the war. They watched two short CBeebies videos, one about the animals in the war and another about how people lived in the war. They learnt that on Remembrance day we have a two minute silence to remember those who fought for our country.
“For the men’s who died.” “We be quiet.”

P4567 made Ms Brewer very proud on Friday afternoon. They showed so much respect when they walked down to place the Remembrance Wreath that they made at the Cross in the Village. A huge thank you to Mrs Sellar and Mrs Sutherland for preparing and executing this task so beautifully.
