On Wednesday 17th our amazing new P1’s came to visit their new classroom, meet their new teacher Miss Spicer and to try out lunch in the canteen. Judging by the pictures Marie the cook is doing a great job! Smiles all round, we are all very excited about them starting in P1 after the holidays!

Exploring Castles with P1/2
Before you can ask what makes a castle cool, you need to know exactly what makes a castle, a castle! That’s exactly what we have been getting up to at Milton! P1/2 have been very busy, their amazing creations scored highly with Miss Spicer! 👍 We are all super excited for our whole school trip to Dunrobin Castle next week!

Sports Day 2015
We could not have asked for a more beautiful day than we had for our Sports Day today. The sun was shining from start to finish, the blue skies were amazing but not as amazing as our children today. The boys and girls were fantastic, they participated with enthusiasm and there was smiles all round. The mums and dads ran their hearts out too, it was great to see everyone getting involved with Sports (please send us your photographs!).
A huge thank you to the parent council for running the tea / coffee / raffle today. This will be drawn on 20th June.
This was the first year in which the children were competing for house points to become the Milton House Sports Champions.
A very well done to Balnagown who managed to achieve 112 house points. The first name on the Shield will be theirs, fantastic!
