The whole school gathered together at 11.03am to watch the launch of Tim Peake’s rocket today. It was a fantastic opportunity for the children to witness the first official UK astronaut embark on his 6 month mission to the International Space Station.
P5-7 have been working very hard with Mrs Martin to explore this mission in more detail. Pupils in P3-7 have now been given their very own Space Diary, we hope the children will follow his mission over time to help them complete their diaries. A big thank you to Mrs Martin for arranging the children’s diary delivery 😊
